The mission of the International Center is to provide assistance to the St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital international patients and their family members in order to assure a positive hospital experience by bridging cultural and language differences, providing personal support and accommodating service requests.  All members are instrumental in assisting the development of transcultural patient care practices in order to provide efficient, holistic, caring and culturally congruent care for all our international patients.  In addition, the International Center strives to enhance public awareness and positive imaging of the hospital and our medical staff through marketing, information distribution and educational programs to the worldwide community.
